These Pillagers have made their Badlands base next to a small Lush Ravine. They devotedly guard this ravine, preventing anyone from approaching it. You’ll need to either defeat them or sneak around the ravine to gather the Lush Cave’s special materials. Bedrock players will have a Desert Village farther away in place of this Outpost.

Cherry Groves and Snowy Mountains are partners destined for greatness. Cross the mountain you spawn on to find a Plains Village covering the side of a neighboring hill. From the village, you’ll spot a Pillager Outpost rising above the mountains in the area. Do your best to avoid being knocked off the mountain while conquering it.

Coral Reefs are the prettiest underwater biome Minecraft has to offer. The bright colors of this reef contrast nicely with the monotone yellows of the Desert it is next to. Java players will spawn in the Desert Village and Desert Temple structure combination next to the Coral Reef. Bedrock players will have a Desert Village in another location as well as several underwater structures to explore.

Seed: 8541771430126095322

Mineshafts are home to all sorts of ores and treasures, so having one right next to Spawn is a wonderful thing! This mineshaft is very easy to reach since it is in a Lush Cave with water. You can either dig down into it or drop into the water at the bottom of the cave and build your way up. Make sure to grab wood and coal for torches first, though. The halls of the mineshaft are narrow, dark, and filled with monsters.

A good Cherry Grove will spruce up any Minecraft seed. This one covers the area near Spawn and a few other spots around the neighboring Snowy Slopes mountain. The mountain is not steep, making it easy to climb and explore. Just be careful not to fall in any powdered snow! After climbing to the top, you’ll find two craters. The second contains a big cave entrance you can use to reach an Ancient City.

Seed: 2452158423883215867

There is something otherworldly about a ruined Nether Portal next to a set of Trail Ruins. It makes me speculate on which ruin came first, if one of them caused the other to decline, or if it’s simply a coincidence that they rest next to each other. Whatever it may be, you’re sure to enjoy the combination of these two structures. Bedrock players will not have these, but they will have two buried treasure chests to dig up at Spawn.

Iron Golems aren’t enough to stop the Pillagers that are actively raiding this Plains Village. You’ll need to visit the two surrounding Plains Villages to gather some basic supplies to take the Pillagers on. The Plains Village on the beach has plenty of food while the Blacksmith village further away has a few pieces of iron armor and an iron sword. Since Trail Ruins were one of the newer structures added to Minecraft in version 1.20, this list wouldn’t be complete without a seed dedicated to them. This world comes with two Trail Ruins in the starting biome for both Bedrock and Java players. Miraculously, the locations of the Bedrock and Java ruins are the same. Take advantage of them to gather all of the rare materials you can right at the start of the game.

If you travel along the left side of the cave, you’ll see a large drop leading straight into a Deep Dark biome.
